Johnson, the owner of Health Benefit Solutions, began HBS in 1985 just as "managed care" was being introduced. Since that time and with the passage of "Obama Care", the methods of providing coverage and the government influence are keeping the health insurance market in a state of flux. The consumer's need for information and answers is greater than ever.
