Dental products for the individual or family are available on a non-group basis. The rates are only slightly higher than our group products. The waiting periods for coverage of major conditions is usually one year. This means if you need major services performed (e.g.. inlays, crowns, dentures) the policy would have to be in place one year before any benefits would be paid. Preventive care is covered immediately. You are free to choose any dentist. Rates are based on where you live, so be sure to include your zip code.
